Urgent Hiring

Job Requirements:-

Candidate must have minimum SPM At least 1 Year(s) of working experience being a Company or personal driver.

Possess valid driving license (B2, D) with clean driving record.

Possess own transport – Motorcycle or car

Familiar with roads within the Klang Valley

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English

Punctual and possess good time management

To keep all activities of the company's Director confidential

Willing to work overtimes, weekends, public holidays outstation as and when required. (OT pay will be provided)

Hardworking, focused on details, flexible and can work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for day to day driving for Director and families to and from home, schools, office, appointments, and meetings, etc. Maintenance and upkeep of all vehicles.

Follow and comply with all road & traffic rules, all safety rules at all times. Punctual and standby by the car as instructed earlier. 

 

Accounts Executive

 

Job Requirements:-

Execute data entry, update record and maintain proper filing.
Responsible for full set of accounts.
Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow financial report.
Prepare report of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare report of billing
Verify supplier invoices and staff claim before processing payment.
Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor bank balances.
Debtor and creditor aging report
Chasing for payment
Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary when necessary.
Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.

Requirements:-

Must possess at least Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Experience in SQL Accounting Software/AutoCount.
Proficient in English
Hardworking and diligent and work as a team.
Prefer candidates with 1 - 2 years of working experiences in accounting or auditing.

 

Office Boy/Despatch

 

Job Requirements:-

To assist administrative work. 

To send/collect documents to/from office/branches in Klang area. 

To carry out official banking duties such as bank in cheque, etc. 

To make utility payment or any other urgent payment. 

To liaise and do document submission to government authority/local council. 

To carry out other ad-hoc task.

To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management. 

 

Requirements:-
Completed Primary education.
Possess valid Driving license ( at least B2, D ).
Physical healthy and strong.
Collect and deliver documents to the required destination in safe and timely.
To maintain absolute confidentiality.
Honest, Responsible & skill of communication.
